Transparent pricing for serious digital work

Clear numbers before the scope gets complicated.

Technology projects become frustrating when nobody wants to talk about money until the third meeting. We prefer the opposite. The prices below show realistic starting points for the work we actually deliver, so you can decide early whether a project makes commercial sense.

A final quote still depends on scope, integrations, content, data migration, security requirements and how much business logic sits behind the interface. But you should never need a discovery call just to learn whether you are looking at a €1,500 project or a €50,000 project.

Indicative B2B prices shown net, excluding statutory VAT. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work starts.

01 / 08 Pricing without theatre

A quote should explain where the money goes.

We do not price by counting pages, buttons or lines of code. Two websites can have the same number of pages and require completely different levels of strategy, design, backend logic, integrations and testing. The same is true for automation: a 200-line script that touches payroll, customer data or production systems can carry more responsibility than a much larger internal tool.

Our estimates are built around effort, complexity, risk and business value. A simple project receives a simple price. A system that requires authentication, roles, APIs, data migration, audit logs, payment flows, mobile clients or hardware integration is scoped accordingly. The goal is not to make every project expensive. The goal is to make the commercial logic understandable before anyone commits.

Where a fixed price is responsible, we use one. Where requirements are still moving, we split the work into discovery and milestones so you are not paying for guesses. And where ongoing operation matters more than a launch date, we use a monthly support model with a clearly defined service level.

02 / 08 One-off projects

Build it properly. Pay once for the project.

These are starting prices for defined deliverables. They include the work needed to design, build, test and launch the agreed scope — not a template dropped into a page builder and handed over unfinished.

WEB / BRAND

Web Design & Branding

For companies that need a credible digital presence, a stronger sales surface or a complete website that can grow with the business instead of needing another rebuild next year.

Focused launch

Basic Website

A sharp, custom-built company website for a small business that needs to look established, explain its offer clearly and turn visitors into enquiries.

from€1,490one-off
  • Up to 5 core pages with custom responsive layout
  • Conversion-focused structure and content hierarchy
  • Contact form, basic SEO setup and analytics-ready structure
  • Performance, accessibility and mobile optimization
  • Deployment and technical launch support

Best when the commercial problem is credibility and clarity, not complex backend functionality. One serious lead generated by a better website can already cover a meaningful share of the build cost in many B2B industries.

Commerce & operations

E-commerce

A serious online store built around products, checkout, fulfilment and customer experience — with room for the integrations a growing shop eventually needs.

from€5,900one-off
  • Custom storefront design and responsive purchase flow
  • Product catalogue, categories, cart and checkout configuration
  • Payment, shipping and transactional email integration
  • Analytics, consent and conversion tracking foundations

03 / 08Automation & custom scripting

The cheapest employee is often the task you no longer need a person to do.

Automation pricing depends less on the number of lines of code and more on what the script touches. Reading a spreadsheet is simple. Reading it, validating it, connecting an API, creating documents, updating a CRM, notifying the right person and recovering safely when one system is unavailable is a business workflow — and we price it like one.

01

Small Utility Script

Focused scripts for file handling, repetitive data formatting, exports, renaming, calculations or one clearly defined manual task.

from €490
02

Operational Automation

Multi-step automation involving business rules, scheduled execution, structured error handling, documents, notifications or controlled data movement.

from €1,490
03

Connected B2B Workflow

API-connected workflows spanning multiple systems such as CRM, email, databases, accounting, forms, cloud storage or internal tools.

from €3,900
04

Business-Critical Automation

Higher-risk processes with auditability, permissions, rollback logic, monitoring, queues, sensitive data or dependencies that must keep running reliably.

from €7,500
Why a €2,000 script can be cheap

Look at the hours it removes, not the size of the file.

Imagine five employees each spend only 30 minutes per working day copying information between systems, renaming files, creating the same documents or checking the same status manually. Across 220 working days, that is roughly 550 hours of repetitive work every year.

At an illustrative fully loaded labor cost of €30 per hour, that manual process costs around €16,500 per year before you count interruptions, mistakes, rework or the opportunity cost of employees not doing higher-value work. If a €2,000 automation removes most of that task, the commercial question is no longer “why does the script cost €2,000?” It becomes “why are we still paying for the manual process?”

Illustrative ROI example only. Actual savings depend on your process, labor cost, adoption and the percentage of work that can be safely automated.
5 people × 0.5 h/day × 220 days550 h
Illustrative annual manual cost€16,500

04 / 08 Apps & custom development

Custom software needs a starting number — even when the final scope is unique.

The prices below are realistic entry points for a professionally engineered first release. They assume a focused scope, not every feature your company may eventually want. We deliberately define version one around the smallest product that can solve the core problem properly, then expand from evidence instead of assumptions.

WEB APPStarting from €7,500

Custom Web Application / MVP

A browser-based product with real business logic: authentication, user roles, forms, dashboards, database-backed workflows and a production-ready deployment foundation.

  • UX flow and interface system
  • Frontend + backend implementation
  • Database schema and core business logic
  • Authentication and baseline security
  • Testing, deployment and handover
MOBILEStarting from €9,500

iOS / Android Application

A focused cross-platform or platform-specific mobile application with backend connectivity, account flows and the polish required for real users rather than an internal prototype.

  • Mobile UX and responsive interaction design
  • API/backend integration
  • Authentication, notifications or device features as scoped
  • Testing across target device profiles
  • Release preparation and deployment support
DESKTOPStarting from €6,500

Desktop / Internal Business Tool

Purpose-built desktop software for operations, data entry, reporting, local workflows, device interaction or teams that need more control than a collection of spreadsheets can provide.

  • Custom operational interface
  • Local or connected database workflows
  • Exports, document generation and reporting
  • Role-aware workflows where required
  • Packaging, testing and deployment
CRM / ERPStarting from €12,500

CRM, ERP & Internal Operations Platform

A custom system for customers, orders, inventory, staff, documents, workflows, reporting or other operational data that currently lives across disconnected tools.

  • Process and data model design
  • Permissions and role-based access
  • Dashboards and operational modules
  • API, document or hardware integrations as scoped
  • Migration planning and staged rollout
What moves an application above the starting price?

Complex permissions, offline synchronization, payment systems, real-time communication, large data migration, advanced reporting, AI features, multiple third-party APIs, high availability requirements, regulated data, custom hardware, RFID/NFC, access-control logic and multi-tenant architecture all add engineering and testing work. We show those costs as separate scope items instead of pretending every “app” is the same product.

05 / 08 Monthly maintenance & support

Launch is a date. Reliability is ongoing.

A website or application still needs backups, security attention, software updates, monitoring and someone who understands the system when a real business question appears. These retainers combine managed hosting on our All-Inkl infrastructure with different levels of technical care.

Apps & critical systems

Managed Application

€790/ month

For custom applications, APIs and business systems where monitoring, dependency maintenance, backups and reliable technical ownership matter more than simple web hosting.

  • Managed application hosting and deployment
  • Application, database and integration monitoring
  • Security/dependency maintenance
  • Up to 4 engineering hours per month
  • Priority incident response and technical review
Discuss this plan
What the monthly price is actually paying for

The raw hosting account is only one small part of a managed service. The retainer covers responsibility: configuration, updates, backups, monitoring, troubleshooting, support time and having someone who already knows the project when an issue appears. Third-party licenses, unusually high infrastructure usage, domains and work beyond the included service allowance are quoted separately where applicable.

06 / 08 Custom Enterprise Solutions

When the project is bigger than a package, we price the architecture — not a fantasy estimate.

Large systems usually combine several disciplines: web applications, mobile clients, CRM or ERP modules, stock, documents, permissions, APIs, automation, reporting, cloud infrastructure and sometimes physical technology such as RFID/NFC cards, scanners, terminals or access-control workflows. Trying to compress that into a single website-style package creates the wrong incentives from day one.

We begin with a paid discovery and architecture phase when the scope genuinely needs it. That phase maps users, workflows, data, integrations, technical risks and delivery stages. You receive a concrete technical direction and commercial roadmap before committing to the full build.

Discovery & architecturefrom €1,490

Process mapping, requirements, technical architecture, risk review and phased delivery plan.

Enterprise implementationfrom €25,000

Milestone-based custom development for multi-module platforms, complex integrations and operationally important systems.

07 / 08 How a quote becomes a number

No hidden “agency math.” Just a scope you can read.

Before development begins, we turn the project into a commercial document that explains what is included, what assumptions the price depends on and what would count as additional scope.

01

Understand the outcome

We identify what the business actually needs to improve: more qualified leads, fewer manual steps, cleaner data, faster operations, a new digital product or a safer technical process.

02

Define the boundary

We document modules, integrations, roles, pages, platforms, content responsibilities and the assumptions that separate the agreed project from future ideas.

03

Choose the pricing model

Well-defined work receives a fixed project price. Larger uncertain systems are divided into discovery and milestones. Ongoing operational responsibility moves into a retainer.

04

Approve before we build

You see the commercial terms before implementation starts. If the scope changes later, we discuss the effect on budget and timeline before doing the extra work.

08 / 08The details that prevent surprises

What our published prices mean.

Starting prices are not bait prices.

A project that genuinely fits the described starting scope can be delivered around that level. Additional complexity is discussed explicitly rather than appearing as unexplained fees later.

Third-party costs stay visible.

Paid APIs, premium plugins, app-store fees, external SaaS subscriptions, payment-provider fees, special certificates, domains or dedicated infrastructure are not silently hidden inside development pricing.

Content and data matter.

Large-scale copywriting, product entry, photography, translation, legacy-data cleanup or complex migration can materially change effort. We define responsibility for those items in the proposal.

Security requirements affect scope.

Standard security hygiene is part of professional development. Specialized compliance, penetration testing, regulated environments, advanced audit requirements or high-availability architecture are separate engineering concerns and are priced accordingly.

Have a real project in mind?

Send us the messy version. We will turn it into a scope and a number.

You do not need a perfect specification. Tell us what currently wastes time, what you want customers or employees to be able to do, what systems are already involved and what a successful result would look like. We can take it from there.
